Day 28: Planning your Campaigns

Let’s put all this information together, in a nice and easy process.

Lead generation

  • Website offering your special report in exchange for their email, name, and company name.
  • Google AdWords campaigns will bring in Internet searchers to your website.
  • Postcards to prospects with each postcard directing the prospect to download your Special Report on the website.
  • Participate in online communities such as blogs, forums, and social media.

Follow-up plan

  • Website leads are added to email newsletter distribution and postcard distribution lists.
  • Follow-up with leads that have downloaded your Special Report asking if they found it helpful.
  • Monthly email newsletter will continue to follow-up on a consistent basis. (If prospect opt-ed in to receive emails.)
  • Bi-Monthly postcards will continue to follow-up on a consistent basis. (Even if prospect didn’t opt-in to email newsletter you can send mailers.)

Marketing plan for Listings

  • Develop a professional brochure.
  • Ad listing to online databases: LoopNet, Property Line, CoStar, and Craig’s List.
  • Send Email blast to all agents with Property Line or your own local broker’s list.
  • Develop postcard campaign for premier or troublesome listings.
